Gabriel led the Kawakawa Christmas Parade, carrying a very special passenger – Santa Claus and his elfin helper. There was a great turnout with fabulous floats, fire engines, unicycle, velocipede, stilt-walker, vintage cars and motorbikes. 

Gabriel was involved in a hold-up by cowboys on Saturday morning. They held Mayor John Carter to ransom and surrounded the train. They took away 2 huge bags of lollies, which were then scattered Robin Hood style for the local…
